The Breathe Clinic is an in-house training team that specialises in improving employee health and performance through customised programs focused on Leadership, Sleep, Movement, and Mental Resilience.

We work closely with businesses to address key wellbeing areas, driving rapid, measurable results for both individuals and teams.

It is our belief that ultimate wellbeing and human flourishing is downstream from good health. We consider our mental and emotional state to be largely influenced by our physical condition. 

 

We are dedicated to the pursuit and focus on root cause health issues. Such elements as; healthy breathing patterns, restorative nightly sleep, the ability to move well and be free from pain and strain in the body, as well as a good internal dialogue - a mindset that encourages and elevates you to the achievement of your thing! When these fundamentals are adopted, it allows a strong, stable foundation for your team to flourish.

The key to success here is understanding what the brain and body are doing at different times of the day and how best to capitalise on these rhythms in order to harness the changes and optimise for night.

Our approach is built on the principle of Measure - Practice - Measure - Uplift. This simple yet powerful framework enables participants to track their progress and see real improvements.

 

We begin by assessing basic health indicators, such as heart rate (BPM), to establish an objective baseline. From there, we introduce practical, actionable steps aimed at improving these metrics. After practicing the recommended techniques, we measure again to clearly demonstrate the progress made. This before-and-after comparison serves as a strong motivator, encouraging continued engagement and commitment.

 

Each of our courses includes multiple methods to track and validate improvements, making it an efficient and effective way to enhance employee health and performance.
